All of our products are made to order just for you, which means we’re unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or changes of mind, except where required by law. Please double-check your order details, including size, color, design, and delivery address, before completing your purchase.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are an eligible consumer in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, unless an exemption applies under EU law.

To exercise your EU right of withdrawal, please use our EU Right of Withdrawal Form, linked in the footer of our website. This form is intended only for eligible EU consumers exercising their statutory right of withdrawal.

Because our products are made to order and production begins shortly after an order is placed, eligible EU customers who exercise their right of withdrawal are responsible for returning the product to us. Unless otherwise required by law, customers are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping.

Please note that personalized or custom-made items may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by law. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help! Please email info@viafortunamedia.com within 30 days of receiving your item with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review the details and work with you to make it right.
